Macs Lucero – Senior Vice President & County Manager

Macs Lucero is the Senior Vice President and County Manager for Lawyers Title Company. With extensive leadership experience in the real estate and title insurance industry, he has led the firm’s Orange County operations to become a trusted partner for EB-5 investment projects and secure asset protection in the United States.

Mr. Lucero is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in Title Insurance, Escrow Services, and navigating the complexities of international investor programs. Under his strategic guidance at our Newport Beach headquarters, Lawyers Title Company continues to provide the professional oversight necessary for global investors pursuing economic development and U.S. residency opportunities.

Christine Chen – Chief Op

Christine Chen joined CanAm in 2002 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. She oversees key EB-5 business operations and manages global teams supporting the company’s investment immigration programs.

Ms. Chen holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Master of Arts from Columbia University.
